For four tier cakes, you can choose any combination of flavours except fruit cake.

Product Information

A simple wedding cake with a textured buttercream effect finish, in white or pale ivory royal iced sugarpaste over a layer of white chocolate ganache and board trimmed with neutral ribbon to decorate yourself as you wish.  Also available as a smaller 1, 2 or 3 tier wedding cake.

Essential Information

Each tier is approximately 13 cm tall. 

Servings are 1" x 1" x 5".  See our wedding cake cutting guide for more information.

Flowers and additional coloured ribbon are not included and are shown as a styling suggestion.

• Bottom tier diameter 25.5 cm, tier 2 diameter 20.5 cm, tier 3 diameter 15.5cm, tier 4 diameter 10.5cm
• Overall height (incl board) 53 cm

Your freshly baked cake will be decorated by hand, therefore some variation in the textured buttercream effect finish should be expected.

Preparation and storage

The cake is supplied assembled and ready to eat on an iced cake board, edged with ribbon as pictured.

Pre-wedding storage

Store in a cool dry place out of direct heat and sunlight. Prior to being displayed at your wedding, we do not recommend storing your cake in a refrigerator due to the effect condensation will have on the sugarpaste covering your cake.

Post-wedding storage

If you wish to keep cake for eating after your wedding day it can be stored in a cool dry place.  If this is not possible or if the weather is hot and/or humid, you should use refrigeration.  Incorrect storage will affect the condition of your cake, therefore we cannot guarantee your cake beyond the day of your wedding.

Allergen Information

Our sponge cakes contain Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soya and may contain Nut traces as nuts are used in the environment where the cakes are made

Delivery

We currently deliver in the North West of England, the cost being determined by postcode. If you would like a cake delivered outside this area please email support@unioncakes.uk to obtain a quote.

Four tier cakes are not available for collection.

Your cake will be boxed and labelled and will be delivered on the day of your wedding to the address you specify during checkout.  Your cake should be kept cool and dry (not refrigerated). There must be someone available at the delivery address, such as a member of the wedding team, to take delivery of your wedding cake.
