Refund policy

Returns & cancellations - cakes

All our cakes are made to order for your specific date and are perishable, therefore cakes cannot be returned.  

If you want to cancel all or part of your order, the following terms apply:

All refunds are subject to a £15 administration fee.

You will receive a 75% refund (less administration fee) if the notice to cancel your order is received by us at least 12 months from the wedding date given at the time of your order.

You will receive a 40% refund (less administration fee) if the notice to cancel your order is received by us at least 6 months from the wedding date given at the time of your order

You will receive a 20% refund (less administration fee) if the notice to cancel your order is received by us with less than 6 months but more than 2 weeks to the wedding date given at the time of your order

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your wedding date will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Returns and cancellations - cake stands

If you have ordered a cake stand but not received it, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.   If you have received it you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received it. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must also send it back to us within that same 14 day period.

We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

1. It has not been used and we receive it in a condition in which we can re-sell it at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
2. You comply with our procedure for returns and refunds.
3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the goods.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will return your money within 14 days.
