Egyptian Queen Wedding Cake
Inspired by Chanel's, Ancient Egypt meets city of New York collection, this glamorous three-tier wedding cake is covered with white chocolate ganache*, enveloped in Egyptian blue sugarpaste. The bottom tier is a broad collar of pyramid studs, above which sits a luxurious velvet effect middle tier topped with an abstract voile edged in royal gold leaf.
*Fruit cake has a delicious layer of marzipan under the icing rather than chocolate ganache
