The spirit of Amalfi is captured in this uplifting and inspiring design, perfect whether you'll be honeymooning in Italy, planning to celebrate your destination wedding with friends back home or you just want to capture the summer sunshine in your wedding cake. Decorative sugar tiles sit beneath a lemon motif, hanging handmade sugar lemons and sugar blossom.

Your sponge cake will be covered in a velvety white chocolate ganache and the finest sugarpaste. Fruit cake has a delicious layer of marzipan under the icing instead.

Your freshly baked cake will be decorated by hand, therefore some slight variation may occur.

Preparation and storage

The cake is supplied assembled and ready to eat on a decorated cake board, edged with ribbon as pictured.

The sugar lemons, leaves and sugar blossom contain inedible items and should not be eaten. They can be kept and stored somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight as a reminder of your wedding day.

Store in a cool dry place out of direct heat and sunlight. You should not store your cake in the refrigerator

Delivery

We currently deliver in the North West of England, the cost being determined by postcode. If you would like a cake delivered outside this area please email support@unioncakes.uk to obtain a quote.

Your cake will be boxed and labelled and will be delivered to the address you specify on the day of your wedding. Your cake should be kept cool and dry (not refrigerated). There must be someone available at the delivery address, such as a member of the wedding team, to take delivery of your wedding cake.
